The Witcher 3: Final Expansion Blood And Wine - Details

The Witcher 3’s final expansion DLC titled Blood and Wine is due to be released later this month; on May 31. And some details about the final expansion have been revealed.

In an official statement by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director, it was said “Blood and wine, a 20-hour-plus tale that will introduce the all-new in-game region of Toussaint, will take Geralt to a land untainted by war, where an atmosphere of carefree indulgence and knightly ritual masks an ancient, bloody secret. Become professional monster slayer Geralt of Rivia and explore Toussaint, a remote land untouched by war, where you will unravel the horrifying secret behind a beast terrorizing the kingdom. With all trails leading to dead ends, only a witcher can solve the mystery and survive the evil lurking in the night. Introducing an entirely new realm to traverse, new characters and monsters, Blood and Wine is a 30+ hour adventure full of dark deeds, unexpected twists, romance and deceit.”

30+ hours?! How awesome does that sound? Including that, you will be able to explore a new part of Toussaint, take part in new side quests, use brand new gear and items and be able to dye your armor different colours! Sounds pretty cool, huh? But wait, there’s more!

There will be over 90 brand new quests for you to take part in, along with 100 new pieces of armor, 30+ new weapons and some new monsters for you to face. And if that isn’t enough for you, the level cap has been expanded to level 100! That sounds like a pretty damn good DLC to me. Who’s looking forward to it?
