Reports: Crash Bandicoot Five Year Roadmap

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy launched last year on PS4. The remaster turned out to be extremely successful and now there are reports popping up on the internet today stating that a Crash Bandicoot five year roadmap is in the works.

According to the Spring Issue 2018 of The Licensing Source Book Europe, there is a new Crash game due for release in 2019. Licensing manager, Max Arguile, has reportedly said that due to the success of the N.Sane Trilogy, a new Crash game is underway for 2019, and the N.Sane Trilogy is also set for release on Nintendo Switch and PC in 2018. He also said that there is a five year plan in place for the Crash franchise and he is fully on board for it.

CEO of Activision has also stated that he was surprised with the success rate of the N.Sane trilogy remasters, and  that they plan to do more remakes and remasters of older games in the future. Watch this space.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a platform video game compilation developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision for PlayStation 4. It is a collection of remasters of the first three titles in the Crash Bandicoot series: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, and Warped, which were originally developed by Naughty Dog for PlayStation in the 1990s. The game was released on June 30, 2017.
